Our story
We looked for a real guide to Curaçao. We did not find one.
We spent several months in Curaçao. We ate at the same spots as locals, explored beaches that tourist guides overlook, and learned to read the cruise ship schedule to avoid the crowds in Willemstad. We know this island differently than a tourist does.
When planning our stay, we could not find an honest, up-to-date resource on Curaçao. The existing blogs were either old, too generic, or clearly filled with sponsored content disguised as recommendations. We decided to build the guide we wished we had.
Our approach
Short, selective, personal
We could have listed every beach on the island and every hotel on Booking.com. We did not. Every recommendation on this site is one we would send to a close friend. If we cannot personally stand behind it, it is not here.
